Months 1 / 2: Engaging Presentation
Being able to give a great presentation is key if you want to be in a leadership role. But when it comes to speaking in front of groups, we often overthink it. In months one and two, you’ll learn how to engage an audience, deliver clear, concise content, and command a room.
- Learn a simple formula for creating an engaging presentation
- Learn how to craft and tell a short story to engage your audience
- Learn how to facilitate groups in presentations and meetings
Months 3 / 4: Persuasive Pitch
How confident are you in your ability to persuade? You may have great ideas, but if you can’t sell them, they’ll fall flat. In months three and four, you’ll learn how to give a persuasive pitch using logic, emotion, and the power of authenticity.

Months 5 / 6: Elevator Pitch
“What do you do?” How you answer that question matters. But too many women answer with a job title instead of a complete picture of the real value they bring to the table. In months five and six, you’ll be guided to create an elevator pitch that is compelling, engaging, and powerful.

- Learn how to use visual and vocal techniques to communicate confidence
1:1 Coaching
You have the option to get 1:1 coaching with Rebecca where she’ll help you clarify your ideas, refine content, and master delivery. In addition to the 1:1 sessions, you’ll get feedback on your monthly video challenges via asynchronous video coaching on our private Slack channel.
