Intensive
The premise
Most people approach a presentation as a performance. Something to perfect, polish, and get through.
The Abracadabra Method starts somewhere else. Every talk is a transformation — your audience starts at X and leaves at Y. When that's clear, everything else follows: the hook, the structure, the delivery.
Over 6 weeks, you'll build a real talk from the ground up, in a small group where the feedback is honest and the work is practical.
What you'll walk away with
- A finished, practiced talk, pitch, or presentation — ready to deliver
- A clear key message your audience will actually remember
- A hook story that earns attention in the first 30 seconds
- A structure you can use for any communication, not just this one
- Strategies for preparing without memorising — so you stay alive on stage
- Confidence that comes from having done the work, not from performing
Week by week
| Session | You'll walk away with | |
|---|---|---|
| W1Apr 7 | Introductions + Message ClaritySay your key message out loud. Get coached on it live. | A clear, specific key message — the foundation everything else builds on. |
| W2Apr 14 | Story + The HookUnderstand why your talk is a transformation. Find the story that opens it. | A hook story mapped and ready. Your X-to-Y named. |
| W3Apr 21 | Structure + How to PrepareBuild the skeleton of your talk. Learn how to practice without memorising. | A complete outline — the 3–5 moves your talk makes, in order. A preparation strategy that works. |
| W4Apr 28 | First Full Run-ThroughDeliver your talk start to finish for the first time. | Honest feedback on what's working and what to fix. A clear direction for the final stretch. |
| W5May 5 | Delivery + PresenceSecond full run-through. Focus shifts from content to how you show up. | Stronger delivery. Practical tools for nerves, pacing, and eye contact. |
| W6May 12 | Capstone + ReflectionFinal presentation to the group. Peer response. Closing reflection. | A delivered talk you're proud of. Feedback from the room. A clear sense of how far you've come. |
